Please note: In order to complete your Wholesaler/Reseller account you will need to download our 2 PDF forms below. Please fill these out and fax them in along with a copy of your reseller's permit to 714-238-1246 in order to receive specific/unique pricing and product information. Or, you can mail these to:

• Minimum order: 8 Cases = 1 Master Carton
• Items are shipped via UPS ground service, unless otherwise specified at the time of order. Shipping charges will be added to your Invoice.
• Please note that the first 3 transactions must be paid via credit card, and succeeding orders can be paid by terms (Net 21), depending on your credit.
